Because of the intimate and personal nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped.

Final Sale Policy
Due to the inclusion of hygiene items (such as feminine wipes, underwear, and menstrual cups), edible products, and personal care items (like skincare, stress relief tools, and wellness goods), we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy helps us:
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of all our kits
Prevent contamination of intimate or perishable products
Ensure every customer receives new, untouched items for a safer experience
We believe in setting a high standard for product integrity—and that begins with honoring the health and trust of our customers.
Exceptions for Damaged, Incorrect, or Unusable Items
While we cannot accept returns, we’re committed to making things right. If your order arrives:
Damaged in transit
Incorrect (wrong size, item mix-up, etc.)
Or if an item is not usable due to an issue on our end
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@thelunakit.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item(s) in question. We’ll assess the situation and work with you to:
Replace the damaged or incorrect item
Offer a suitable alternative
Or find a fair resolution based on your unique concern

Items That Cannot Be Replaced
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for replacement or substitution, including:
Underwear
Opened menstrual cups or hygiene items
Opened skincare or food products
Items returned without prior approval
